What we cover
Two connected questions shape the publication: what do people need from products, and what evidence helps a business make a sound technology decision? Product and customer research form one collection. AI and technology evaluation form the other.
We begin with practical, open access guides. The aim is to make research understandable: what it does, when it helps, what a method can establish and where a conclusion needs more evidence.
Where the publication stands
The current library contains editorial guidance. It does not represent completed client engagements, original surveys or published benchmark results. Vertex Research is an emerging publication; its long-term brand and operating structure are still being developed.
The original research agenda
The first proposed study examines AI workflow economics in small UK digital agencies. Its intended focus is task time, review and rework, tool costs, implementation effort and the difference between reported and documented outcomes.
The study is at the planning stage. Recruitment, data collection and results have not been completed. A future release would explain eligibility, recruitment, methods, dates, incentives, limitations and data protections. No savings claim is being made in advance.
What comes next
Develop the library around questions readers can use in their own work, then publish original research when the evidence is ready. Practical value, clear sourcing and explicit limitations will guide that progression.
